Refund/Exchange Policy

Important:  Please note that per our return/exchange policy we only give even exchanges.  No Refunds.  We will happily exchange CD’s that were damaged in transit, prior to shipping, or with a technical defect.  We cannot exchange CD’s that have been damaged, physically or technically due to improper use or mistreatment of the disc while in your possession.  As you know this is a disc which contains data/ information.  It is not software however we maintain a return policy much like companies who develop, manufacture and sell software.  With the frequency of piracy and bootlegging of CD’s like ours we reserve the right to do even exchanges only.  We firmly stand behind our product.  We appreciate your business and we believe in customer satisfaction.  This resource tool is invaluable and can be used for years after your purchase.  Thank you.
